Project experience includes new construction, commercial interiors, retail, mid-rise residential and existing buildings for banks, office spaces, hotels, warehouses, schools, and an animal shelter. Past certifications for each project range from Certified to Platinum (LEED), 1 Green Globe to 2 Green Globes and Certified to Silver (Florida Green Building Coalition).

A few of our projects are summarized below.

Dewberry Capital

LEED Administration services for the new Dewberry Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. The hotel opened for business in July 2016 and achieved LEED Certified under the LEED 2009 New Construction system in July 2018.
LEED Administration services for an office building in Atlanta, Georgia. The project is attempting LEED Certified under v4 for New Construction Core and Shell. It is currently designed with an expected completion in 2026.

Construction Loan Monitoring for Granite Construction Inspections and Land Gorilla

Since 2014, hundreds of construction loan monitoring projects for GCI and Land Gorilla in Georgia and Florida. Projects range from site work reviews to renovation and new construction monitoring for residential and commercial projects.

Cotner Associates

LEED certification efforts for the new Nassau Humane Society building. Services include LEED Administration and Consulting for the project team. Construction finished in Fall 2014 and achieved LEED Certified in June 2015.

LEED Administration services for three office projects in Texas attempting LEED v4 for New Construction and Existing Buildings.
LEED Administration for two LEED v4 warehouse projects in Newark NJ.
LEED Administration for a Vistakon warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The Vistakon project achieved LEED Silver in June 2014.

LEED Administration for the YMCA Riverside in Jacksonville, Florida. This athletic building with pool finished construction in Summer 2016. It achieved LEED Certified in August 2017.
LEED Administration for a BMW warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The warehouse achieved LEED Certified in July 2020.
LEED Administration services for a recreational facility in Colorado attempting LEED v4 for New Construction. Project achieved LEED Certified in April 2022.
Green Globes Consulting services for 4 warehouse buildings in North Carolina. Each building received 1 Green Globe in September 2023.
LEED Administration for the JEA corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. The office building achieved LEED Gold for Interiors in October 2023.
LEED Administration services for an office complex in Jacksonville, Florida (5 buildings). Project was registered as a campus and each building is in the process of attempting LEED certification.
LEED Consulting for various financial institution projects in Texas and Florida.

LEED Administration services for a 10-story AC Hotel in Spartanburg, South Carolina which achieved LEED Certified in January 2019.
Green Globes Consultant for a new MUSC hospital in South Carolina. The project achieved 2 Green Globes in December 2022.
Green Globes Consultant for a new school building for Greenville Technical College in South Carolina. The project achieved 2 Green Globes in July 2024.
Green Globes Consultant for two new school buildings for Piedmont Technical College in South Carolina. The project is attempting 2 Green Globes.

Haskell

Florida Green Building Coalition Consultant for 2 new buildings in Florida. Each project achieved Bronze certification in September 2023 and February 2024.
Florida Green Building Coalition Consultant for a new building in Florida. Project is attempting Silver certification.

Thompson Turner Construction

Green Globes Consultant for a new school building for Francis Marion University in South Carolina. The project achieved 2 Green Globes in August 2024.

Naroca Construction

LEED construction documentation on a new Southeast Florida bank branch which was designed for LEED Platinum certification under LEED for Retail. Construction finished in Fall/Winter 2014.
